We have recommended attorneys who can represent our clients with their purchase, and we work closely with them to ensure all aspects of the purchase transaction run smoothly, including co-ordination with any mortgage provider. They also offer discounted rates to our clients.

Pre-Closing Inspection
We undertake a thorough inspection prior to the property completing to ensure any outstanding work is finished and liaise with the developer / seller to ensure all work is done to the highest of standards.

Advice & Recommendations
We will offer proactive advice and are happy to make recommendations that will enhance our clients properties that could increase both future rent and value.

Insurance
We will source the best priced insurance premium for you with the required coverage and handle all of this on your behalf.
