Tenant Communication
We strive to ensure a professional working relationship with your tenant, as if they are happy tenants, it helps ensure rent is paid on time, the property is kept in good condition and that they are then minded to renew their lease for years to come.
Rent Collection
We request all rent is paid by the 1st of each month and keep in regular communication with any tenant who may be late.
Repairs & Maintenance
We respond quickly to all requests and pro actively work to ensure items like HVAC systems are serviced regularly. Receipts are always kept.
We Never Up-Charge
Some property management companies offer a low lead in rate for their service and then add administrative fees or similar to items like maintenance. We never charge our owners any more than the actual price of any job undertaken on their property.

Regular Inspections
We visit with our owners tenants to ensure they are comfortable in the property and also ensure the property is being well cared for. Photographs following inspection visits are always promptly sent to owners.
Prior to the Next Tenancy
As and when a tenant provides notice to vacate we undertake a thorough inspection of the property and work efficiently so it is ‘turned’ ready for the next tenant. We keep expense to a minimum whether the property requires painting or more extensive refurbishment.
